Store Policy

All items should  be  returned to us unused and with their tags attached. We will not accept any items that are damaged in any way.Otherwise,they will  be sent  back to you with no refund of money. 

 

In any case, the products that will be returned must be in perfect condition and with no evident signs of having been used, or else no return will be carried out. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to make sure that the items arrive to LYVA in perfect condition. If you have trouble finding a suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box that your order came in. We will not be able to carry out the return  of the items as requested if they are received in poor condition.

 

Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 14 business days for the credit to be applied from the day we have received the products. 

 

The time window in which you can exchange or return an item lasts 21 days, starting from the day the order is shipped. 

Non European Union buyers may be subject to fees at local customs. The destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges ontop of your international order. These additional charges may be applied for customs clearance and lie on  the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country of which we have no control over and therefore cannot provide estimates for any extra possible fees. Please check withyour local customs regulations before you proceed to any transaction with us.
